RETURN FOR ANY REASON
You have the right to cancel your order and return a product for any reason at any time within 14 calendar days after the date when the product is received. To exercise your right, you need provide us with a clear expression of your intent to return a product or cancel an order by sending emails to hello@camboxhorse.us, together with the model form found at the end of the terms.
Once you notify us of your intent to cancel, please return the product with the original receipt and original packaging to us within 14 days. Once we pick up the product or, in the event you are delivering the product to the carrier, we receive the product or proof that it has been shipped, we’ll provide you with a refund based on the original payment method within 7 business days.
If the product is damaged, we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the product.
We will refund all costs paid by you associated with the product or service, except for any delivery costs.
